Doc's  combines your ideas and Cnc Plasmacutting into a metal work of art.  Some of our customers include home owners and business owners. We provide unique metal crafted items custom for your home, office, bars, restaurants, churches and more. We offer prototype and small production runs on your parts. Does your idea have a function? We can cut steel plates into any 2D shape imaginable and in any quantities. Steel parts can be effectively produced from a CAD Drawing. Our software is used to transfer the CAD Data into motion commands for the CNC machine.

Our Process

Plasma Cutting: Your order goes through our cutting process where it is designed, programmed, then precisely cut into 16ga steel.

Cleaned: We then make sure the metal is properly cleaned before going on to the next step.

Powder Coated: Now that the sign has been cut and cleaned it can now go through the powder coating system which makes it durable for indoors or outdoors.
